Yes. We’re in-network with several major providers. We’ll verify your coverage before treatment begins. If we’re out-of-network for your plan, we can provide a superbill for reimbursement.

Yes! We’re the only IOP in the region that welcomes birthing parents with their infants. You’re also welcome to use our designated infant care area if you prefer to step into group or individual time solo.

We offer individual and group therapy, grounded in trauma-informed care and maternal mental health expertise. Modalities include EMDR, ACT, DBT, CBT, mindfulness-based practices, and more.

Each track is typically 6–8 weeks long, with 3 group sessions per week and optional individual therapy.
