Meet Elizabeth
Becoming a parent is one of life’s biggest transitions—and it doesn’t always look or feel the way you imagined. When pregnancy, birth, or early parenthood don’t go as expected, it can leave you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or even disconnected from yourself and your baby. Many parents experience postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, or lingering effects from a difficult birth, but often feel pressure to “just push through.” You don’t have to do this alone.
About Me
I specialize in maternal mental health, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), and birth trauma. I support both birthing and non-birthing parents as they navigate the emotional ups and downs of pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood. My approach is warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy should be a safe place to come exactly as you are. Clients often describe me as calming and compassionate, and I strive to create a grounded space where you can feel understood, validated, and empowered.
