Meet Alicia

I offer individual, couples, and family therapy for parents in the perinatal period. In our work together, you’ll find a compassionate, down-to-earth space where you can talk honestly about what you’re feeling—without judgment. Therapy with me is a collaborative, real, and empowering process where you get to show up just as you are.

My approach blends practical tools with deep emotional work. I use a combination of talk therapy, mindfulness, and body-based strategies to help you reconnect with yourself and navigate this season of life with more clarity and resilience. I also offer EMDR therapy to support healing from past trauma or overwhelming experiences—whether they’re related to birth, loss, early life, or anything in between.

Together, we’ll explore how your past might be influencing your present, how your body is holding stress or emotions, and how you can begin to shift old patterns that no longer serve you. We’ll focus on building emotional resilience, self-trust, and connection—to yourself, your partner, and your growing family.

I believe that healing happens when we tune in—to our thoughts, our bodies, and our inner wisdom. You already have everything you need inside you to create the life you want. My role is to help you tap into that strength, break through what’s keeping you stuck, and move forward with more peace, purpose, and confidence.
